The Campaign

Rather than treating this as a single deliverable, I approached it as a coordinated campaign system. Each piece was designed to work independently while reinforcing the same narrative – one of scale, rarity, and lifestyle. The goal was not a listing video. It was a body of work that could introduce the property across multiple contexts and audiences.

(Stage 1)

The Promotion Film

The primary film was designed to establish the tone and scale of the estate through visual storytelling rather than narration. The approach prioritized space, light, and movement – letting the architecture and landscape carry the emotional weight while building an atmosphere that felt immersive rather than purely informational. Shot across multiple setups including drone aerials, the film became the hero asset for the listing campaign.

(Stage 2)

Location & Interview

A secondary piece expanded the story beyond the property itself, situating the estate within its surrounding environment and lifestyle context. Shot in an interview-driven format with supporting visuals of the estate and surrounding area, the piece featured the listing agent and a local subject matter expert, combining structured dialogue with visual storytelling to communicate the community, location, and lifestyle dimension of the property.

(Stage 3)

The Private Showing

A private, invitation-only showing of the estate was held on-site for a curated group of high-profile prospective clients. The property was activated as a full experiential environment – live music, catering, and brand partnerships with Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce, whose latest models were on display throughout the grounds.

I led all photo and video coverage of the event, working with a second camera operator to ensure comprehensive documentation across the property. The focus was on atmosphere, interaction, and the experience of the space in use – capturing the estate as a place to live rather than just a place to buy.

Production

The project spanned multiple phases from late 2024 through mid-2025, adapting production approach across controlled shoots, structured interviews, and live event conditions. All phases involved multi-camera setups and drone aerials. The event coverage required bringing in a second camera operator to achieve comprehensive coverage within the constraints of a live, time-limited environment.

I operated as the primary creative and production lead across all phases, responsible for creative direction, cinematography, interview direction, shot planning, editing, and final delivery.
